HEATING INSTRUCTION: 

  • Method 1  Remove from the pack and place it on an oven tray with baking paper. Bake for 5 minutes at 180 Degrees.
  • Method 2 Remove from the pack and pan fry for about 3 minutes under medium fire.
  • Method 3 Remove from the pack and place into a bowl and steam for 2 minutes.
  • Method 4 Remove from the pack and blanch in boiling water for about 45 seconds.
